You will reach our house after about 5 minutes' drive from the junction with the main road to Monterubbiano.

Secondary roads in Italy are generally designed as "strade bianche" (white gravel roads), which are sometimes better and sometimes worse depending on the weather and the level of the municipal coffers.

Even if drivers from the north are usually not used to this - nobody has ever got stuck! :-)

After ringing the house bell and opening an iron gate, you reach a spacious sun terrace via a short flight of steps.
